#asktheexpert my daughter is 6 and half months old and she is itching on the inner as well as outer urinary part of skin and some times she shouts before passing urine.

A. These are signs of Urinary tract infection. Is she urinating more often? Does she suffer from pain or tenderness in the lower belly? Is her urine foul smelling or red or pink or cloudy? If yes, please contact your doctor at the earliest and he might suggest for urine culture and urine test.
