8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake
11 AM-fruits with dry fruits and honey
1 p.m-rice and Sambar or Khichdi with vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-fruit juice or vegetable soup
7 PM-dinner
Before sleeping-a glass of lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric added. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies and fruits. Avoid snacks and junk food. you can also include buttermilk, coconut water anything which is home-made in the diet.
