Q.

#asktheexpert My daughter is 5 years old and she is too thin since her birth. I am quite worried about her weight she’s not eating too much n also she still drinks milk from feeding bottle. Her morning school tiffin also comes back with food. What food should we provide to her so that she increases her weight and is attractive in her school tiffin?????

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care
