#AskTheExpert My daughter is 5 years old and only 15 kgs in weight... She eats everything we eat but still not gaining weight. Is there something else that I should include in her diet???

Hello mom, offer weight gaining foods like cereals, whole grains health mix, potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, Dals, ghee, butter, milk, yogurt, curd , lean meat, fish and offer all other diary products. It helps to improve your baby's weight. Offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Thank you have a great day.
