Let her decide what she has to eat. But give her limited healthy options. For example, do you want a paneer parantha or a Gobi parantha?

Offer colourful foods like gajar Ka halwa, beetroot halwa, mint parantha etc. Cut foods into different shapes using food cutters to attract the attention of the kid. Offer foods in colourful plates or in quirky mugs. The family should eat together so that she learns good healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Give her a bowl and a spoon to eat with and let her make a mess and play with the food and this is how she will learn to eat independently.
