#asktheexpert my daughter is 5.7 years and gastric issue. as soon as eats a little she says stomach full and complains of stomach pain. he eating time is also at regular intervals and not uneven.

A. Hello dear parent! It might not be entirely because of gastric issues. One of the reason could be poor gut health. Try including curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health. Give easily digestible homemade foods and keep your baby hydrated all the day. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
