#AskTheExpert my daughter is 4 months old she id not turning over ...she plays ,kicks with her hands n legs ,she is not even trying to turn

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. sometimes rolling over can come after 4-5 months so no need to worry for that and it is not necessary bbbthat it should come early. many times the weight of the child is more and that also delays the rolling.
if if the growth and weight of the child is within normal limits then no need to worry about it. just carry out regular massage and proper diet and the child will be fine in next few months

Give early morning exposure to sun light
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Give ultra D3 drops
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
