AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby. Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
