#AskTheExpert my daughter is 3years old..what nutrition food shoul be given to her for her growth and development?

A. Hello! In order to fulfill your daughter's nutritional requirements, make sure you are giving her balanced meals. Include foods like - sprouts, paneer, seasonal fruits and vegetables, curd, dals, ragi, nuts, leafy vegetables in her diet regularly. Try new recipes like - fruit lassi, peanut butter sandwich, paneer frankie, palak rice, dal paratha, ragi pancake etc. Hope this helps !

A. all foods fruits and vegetables for healthy growth and development set the meal plan as break fast as poha cheela suji halwa upma dosa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
