#asktheexpert my daughter is 3 years old and she has skin problem like white spots on the face ,arms and legs in the month December,January and February and her complexion gets black so please advise me .

Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Give her nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
please consult your pediatrician if symptoms persist
