#AskTheExpert , my daughter is 3 months old , looks like I m not getting enough milk. after some time she starts crying. and I have to put bottle milk.. any suggestions on this

Hi mom Try to keep head up position while feeding More sucking leads to more milk supply Give adequate feeding from one breast at a time to rich to hind milk which is rich fat helps to increase baby’s weight Give adequate feeding Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
