Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is 3 month old she sleeps for 2-3 hours between 3pm to 3am ( from past 1 week) should I be worried? is this normal?

A. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize. if overall the child is play full and is well responding then do not worry about the xhours of slee and the will not have any problem. (please note if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper so if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)

A. hello mom if child doesn't have any health issues then dont worry babies keep changing their routine and moreover if ur child is active and healthy and playful and having his feed properly on regular intervals and passing urine properly at least eight to ten times a day then there is nothing to worry about at all
