Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter is 2year old.. she eats everything thing vegetable, fruits, rice, roti, daal,dry fruits also... but still she is not having body mass... she looks thin... her w8 is 12kg... but still her bones are visible as she is not having body mass... pls suggest what to do.

A. That is really strange because 12 kg is the ideal weight for a two year old child and you are saying that your child’s bones are also visible so I think it’s only because you say that there is no mass in the body so you can check with the doctor for some healthy supplement for muscle and mass building
