#AskTheExpert My daughter is 24 days old now , preterm baby .. her weight is 2 kgs now and she does not latch to breastfeeding... i am feeding her formula milk and sometimes pump my milk and bottle feed her .. most of the time she is sleeping .. how to make her breastfeed ??

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi mom Some babies they take time to latch. So no need to worry. Keep trying. Keep the baby head a bit elevated and put whole of the nipple and most of the aerola in babies mouth so that the baby latches properly.
