A. It's common for toddlers to still seek milk or comfort during the night, especially if they are used to a bottle. However, as they grow, it's important to gradually phase out nighttime bottle use to help them develop healthier sleep habits and reduce the risk of issues like tooth decay. You can start by slowly reducing the amount of milk in the bottle, replacing it with water, or offering a comforting routine like cuddling or a favorite stuffed animal before bedtime. Gradually, she may become less dependent on the bottle. If you're concerned, you can also talk to your pediatrician for personalized strategies to help your daughter sleep through the night without relying on the bottle.
