#asktheexpert My daughter is 2 yrs 1 months old. she says a few words and completely understands and follows what we say. if we ask her to do something she does it. but not saying phrases. is it normal.

Yes, this is totally normal, but whenever your baby is trying to speak in actions, you should not respond. Ask your baby to speak and then only fulfil the demand. It will help your baby to speak fast and will also clear babies speech. Still, you doesn’t get the results and in such case, you should definitely consult and join the speech therapy therapy for next few months.
