#asktheexpert my daughter is 2 yr 8 month suffering from constipation most of time or put a lot pressure to be fresh. what can I do?

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children10 months agoA. Hello dear, in the case of the severe constipation, you should give a diet which is full of-fibre and give warm water every time. If possible am apply a mustard oil on the place of passing motion and add two or three drops of warm ghee in the milk one time in a day.
