#asktheexpert my daughter is 2 years old n she is suffering with molluscum contagiosum n a dermatologist has priscribed ranitidine for 8 weeks I'm just concerned whether to start or not are there any other alternatives to it as it is banned here in saudi arabia n is it safe for 2 years old.

If it is banned in Saudi Arabia then how the doctor has prescribed you to give this medicine that I’m not understanding because if the local doctor is giving you a medicine then it would be advisable to be taken but if you have a doubt about it and you don’t want to use it then you need to check with your doctor again
