#asktheexpert my daughter is 2 years 9 months old but she is very thin. her weight is only 12 kg. so please suggest some foods which makes her more fatter and increases strength?

A. You can give egg chicken fish both veg and non-veg protein of all kinds are definitely going to be helpful you can also increase the intake of cheese into your child every day diet that is also going to be beneficial
