#asktheexpert My daughter is 2 years 3 months but her weight is 9 kg. Does the weight matter?

A. As long as the child is eating properly and is active and healthy you need not worry much about the weight. For improving the immunity you should be giving a healthy and balanced diet. The child's regular meals should comprise of cereals, pulses, greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dry fruits, dairy products etc., There should be more protein and Vitamin C intake which are very good in building immunity.
