#asktheexpert My daughter is 2 year old...still on mothers milk..though shez taking all kinds f solids and liquids...is it normal for the mother to have low energy levels and lot f sleep during this time ...I want to stop breast feeding gradually as I have to get back to my work

A. Mostly by the age of two years you should quit breastfeeding so now you should get into the process of quitting breastfeeding after that there is anyway is no point to continue and also if you’re feeling weakness it’s high time that you quit breastfeeding slowly with the process now you should put onto your breastfeeding
