#asktheexpert my daughter is 2 year old and she's under weight.. What should I do for increase her weight..

A. dear mum, to increase the weight of your 2 years old daughter, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. give 5 meals, this includes two healthy snacks in between. give more than One Katori every time. the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts. add ghee to baby's food. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt
