#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2 weeks old. She is not taking breast milk directly. My wife is pumping out milk and feeding her. However, I would like to know if I can give her any formulised product now. If yes then what can I feed her and how many times

A. hi you may give but mother's milk is best food for a child so please stick to breastfeeding. try different feeding position. make skin to skin Contact while feeding it will help to encourage a child to take more feeds. keep the environment calm and dark while feeding. avoid distractions. maintain good hygiene
