Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter is 11 months now. She is totally on formula or homemade stuffs. I'm unable to breastfeed her because after 1-2 months of her birth I was not having breast milk..She is quite healthy n active but very lean thin..Please suggest what food are healthy for her so that she could increase her health n body weight..

A. give all family food, Like- all pulses, eggs yello, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, tofu, nuts fresh fruits n veggies These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development

A. Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods.
