Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should eat right and healthy diet. Include green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. Drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Good luck and take care.
