#asktheexpert My daughter is 10 . She has got her periods . She has heavy flow and severe weakness. Is there any particular food or medicines that can be given to her ?

A. since the baby is just 10 years old you should not give any medication on your own and once consult with your nearest gynecologist for proper examination for heavy bleeding advice her to take rest and give easy to digest food and maintain proper hydration by giving adequate liquids to the baby
