#AskTheExpert my daughter is 10 month 2 week old , how many time I give her breastfeeding in a day or night . she is not drink milk other than breastfeed .

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. give as per her appetite no rules Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products.
give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
