#AskTheExpert My daughter is 1 year and 10 months old. . From yesterday morning she is having temperature. . She is active but she is not eating anything. . Given Paracetamol syrup 3 times but she is being the same. . She is not having any cold or cough only body temperature is there. . What should I do?
