#asktheexpert My daughter is 1 year 6 months old and her weight is 11 kg so what should I include in her diet for weight gain??

A. the weight of the child is already on the higher side so kindly do not worry about the weight of the child but it is also important to give all types of food to the child made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for proper growth

A. Hello mom Now your baby is more than one year old so there are no food restrictions and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan. So try to give everything to your baby and give daily routine food to your baby. Baby should take at least four meals in a day so maintain a diet plan according to that.
