Q.

#asktheexpert My daughter has turned 8 months now and she is being almost 70% breastfeed and rest semisolid food. Do I need to give any additional suppliments like vitamin D, calcium or iron etc. I have heard people giving calcerea phosphorica at this age of baby.

A. Hello mom.you can gradually alternate solids with your feed , include foods from.various food groups , for about till 1 year of age vitmain D 3 , multivitamin is recommended ,. CP is homoepathic calcium supplement which is ideallg helpful in teething phase
