I have consulted a pediatrician and he prescribed an iron drops and calcium syrup. I am continuing both of those, and she has a habit of scratching the wall and eating. She also likes to eat soil while playing. She knows that it's wrong but she couldn't stop that.. unknowingly will scratch the wall again and says to me mamma noo noo as I say and hugs me.

1. **Consult a Pediatrician**: A doctor can assess if there are any underlying health issues or nutritional deficiencies affecting her weight and appetite.
2. **Nutrient-Dense Foods**: Focus on calorie-dense, nutritious foods like avocados, nut butters, full-fat dairy products, and lean meats. Adding healthy fats to her meals can increase caloric intake.
3. **Frequent, Small Meals**: Offer smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day. Sometimes a less overwhelming portion size can encourage eating.
4. **Varied Textures and Flavors**: Experiment with different textures and flavors to see if she responds better to specific types of food.
5. **Involve Her in Food Preparation**: Allowing her to help with meal preparation can sometimes increase interest in food.
6. **Monitor and Manage Illness**: If she has ongoing health issues like a cold or digestive problems, treating those can help improve her appetite.
7. **Nutritional Supplements**: In some cases, pediatricians recommend supplements if dietary intake isn't sufficient.
Addressing these areas with professional guidance will help ensure she receives appropriate care and support for her growth and nutrition.
