#asktheexpert My daughter has never taken any vitamin D supplements. but I believe she must be deficient in Vitamin D as she sometimes complains for leg pain. can she take Vitamin D3 60K IU oral syrup without any tests?

A. no problem no need to do heavy dose of vitamin D unless there is deficiencyfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
