A. your child has one or two gray hairs, it's probably not a cause for concern, but true premature graying in children and young adults might point to an underlying cause, like an autoimmune condition or vitamin deficiency.Gray hair occurs with normal aging because the hair cells on the scalp produce less melanin; in children, early graying tends to be inherited. A single strand of gray hair is most noticeable in people with darker hair and is usually not worrisome if the child's general health is normal. In a mixer grinder blend 1 tablespoon almond oil and ½ tablespoon sesame seeds.Apply this mixture on your child's scalp.Massage for about 15-20 minutes and let it sit for an hour.Lastly, wash hair with lukewarm water.

A. A 2022 study suggests that premature graying may be linked to insufficient levels of zinc and copper, as well as selenium. Folic acid. Another possible nutrient deficiency that can cause premature graying is folic acid.
