I’ll tell you something that when there is fracture the doctor usually recommended to keep that thing stationary whether his hand so please take care of that you should definitely give calcium supplement either if your doctor has suggested something good for that otherwise you can go for homeopathic calcium supplements they are very good to be given to the child
