#AskTheExpert my daughter has a habbit of Thumb sucking..so how to get rid of it?

usually kids at this stage of age do this when they feel stressed or anxious or they have nutritional deficiency.
so please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your child well hydrated.
make sure your child is well cared.
please don't scold or yell at your child for this.
just try to distract your child by giving toys or activities.
gently remove his or her thumb .
give positive reward like sticker of star smiles etc whenever your child doesn't do this.
stay calm consistent and positive
