#AskTheExpert my daughter had loose motion for the past 4 days ,so we gave bifilac syrup 2 times a day ,but she is going loose stool for once in a day ? is that normal ? shall i continue to give bifilac syrup?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated wihth foul smell mgyucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

You should completely stop giving milk as of now before that increases lose motions give more of banana and sweet code to the child that’s going to Help along with that I would advise you to consult your doctor dail advisor but a better medicine to go for
