#asktheexpert my daughter gets constipated often.. though she takes lots 9f water and veggies..no junk food...she cries a lot and complains of pain in anus till we put a suppositor and make her poop..her stool is hard.. kindly suggest

A. Namaste Mom, Is fibre intake their is her daily routine,? So fruits , vegetables , also include warm water to her, add ghee in her diet as well,
