DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2.7 months old and she is having her eyes watering always so mostly she has a dacriocystitis so use tobacin eye drops two times a day and massage the nasolacrimal ducts daily till it gets cured

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of many reasons like dry skin, prolonged useof screen, infection , blocked ducts etc. so please give gentle massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose. avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age. don't apply kajal or anything clean your child eyes with fresh tap water. maintain good hygiene.
