#AskTheExpert my daughter eats proper foods at tym but is always thin.... pls suggest me any energy giving powder or sumthing and needs glow at face also

A. its ok you can add protein rich diet add dry fruits powder in the diet Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

A. For healthy weight gain, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet of the child like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, legumes, ghee and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
