Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day so that the rest of the nutrition comes from healthy solids. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that you prefer eating as a family. Involve your child in family meals to encourage eating healthy foods by looking others in the family. Give finger foods. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
