#asktheexpert my daughter doesn’t sleep at night and keeps on crying. What should I do?

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone. ovther reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Baby sleep patterns changes with time. Please masaage baby feet with BabyHug coconut oil for sound sleep. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
