#AskTheExpert my daughter doesn't show interest in eating . she also complaints of feeling vomit if asked to eat food / drink milk .

A. Low appetite can be due to reasons like low zinc levels or too much dairy products or less gap between meals etc. Include ajwain , ginger, lemon or carrot juice, coconut water, curd with mint in the kid's meals to boost the appetite. South Indian rasam will also increase the appetite.
