#AskTheExpert My daughter completed 5M today. When can we start solid feeds? Is it okay to give water? when baby farts, there is a bag smell, my mother in law insists that I give the baby diluted dry ginger in milk. is that advised?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. is she constipated you should feed at regular intervals of 2 to 3 hours and after 6 month completion you can start giving homemade food items and water but tell that time it is best to breastfeed exclusively
