#asktheexpert my daughter complains of leg and hand pain. She experinces these pain even when she has not been too active during the day. I asaume these are growing pains. Is there any oil or ointment that i can apply apart from hot water fomentation

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl5 months agoA. What is the age of your child it would have mentioned second you can start with calcium and vitamin D supplement and yes it could be growth pain if your child is more than the age of 3 1/2 to 4 years and you can massage with any regular oil
