See the process and start any time after the age of 4 1/2 years that it will start falling any time after that if the child’s teeth are not falling but the new ones are also not coming then it’s okay so whenever the new eruption will happen mostly this will break down and if they do not and the new start to come by chance have to extract the milk teeth for you
