#asktheexpert my daughter 5.5 month she is infected by rotavirus am varies about her health ..how to resolve this infection

A. it will be healed by itself. Loose stool may be due to any gastric infection so milk should be avoided as it is not digested well . Give enterogermina or any other probiotic along with o r s solution to baby to prevent any dehydration . Give paracetamol of any fever .
