#asktheexpert my concern is height of my tiny tot . yesterday was his third birthday but I haven't noticed any change in his height from last birthday

A. the height of the child depends upon the genetic patterns as well as the diet the child is taking. so meet your doctor who will tell you whether it is within the normal limits according to the height of the parents or not. the doctor will calculate mid parental height and then tell you whether any inntervention in the form of supplements is required or not. it is advisable that the child should take some amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily according to the age of the child. regular physical activity is also important to increase the weight and height of the child.

Hi mommy Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Maintain hydration Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
