#asktheexpert My child use phone maximum of time in a day...At every meal he watches phone even at drinking milk also. How could now I may get relief from this activity?

Keep your child busy with you let your child have physical activities give toys to the child play with your child and take your child out to the park and garden is the worst thing to be given to the child don’t realise that it can actually lead to mental and verbal delay of the growth so please spend more time to spend with your child
