A. After pregnancy weight us difficult to loose and you need to include fiber and protein rich foods in the diet and restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, running, brisk walking, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drink warm jeera or lemon water first thing the morning on empty stomach.
