#asktheexpert My child Sarthak 10 month old ocassanioly fell I'll having cold, cough and fever can this is due to low immunity. We have give all his due vaccination. Please share can we give him something to increase his immunity

A. as for good immunity. firstly hygiene, take good care of hygiene.. you can give immunity boosting foods as leafy vegetables rooty vegetables citrus fruits as orange, berries, peppers, garlic ginger, nuts and seeds dry fruit , curd, turmeric milk...
